Upon termination of the Subscription Agreement, Clients may request a data export within the timeframe specified in the Agreement. After such period, Client Data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all customers ("Client") who purchase subscription-based services from Thinking Dynamics LLC ("Provider") through its PRISMA ERP software platform.
By completing a payment and using the Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.
All payments made to Thinking Dynamics LLC are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of the Services, the Provider incurs significant upfront costs immediately upon subscription activation, including but not limited to:
As such, no refunds are provided for subscription fees, onboarding fees, implementation services, or any other amounts paid, regardless of usage level, business outcomes, or changes in the Client's internal circumstances.
The subscription includes an initial Evaluation Period, as defined in the Subscription Agreement, which is primarily based on the completion of the Client's onboarding and training process.
The Client may request cancellation of the Services only upon completion of the onboarding process, which consists of four (4) onboarding and training sessions, provided that such request is submitted in writing immediately following completion of said sessions.
If cancellation is requested in accordance with this section:
If the Client completes the onboarding process and does not submit a timely cancellation request, any subsequent request to cancel the subscription shall be considered an early termination.

Verbal requests, chargebacks, or payment disputes do not constitute valid cancellation requests.
Thinking Dynamics LLC is committed to resolving billing questions and concerns in good faith.
Clients are strongly encouraged to contact the Provider directly prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Many billing matters can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Provider may delay resolution and may result in temporary suspension of Services.
